Premier Staff —
one hire at a time.
A corporate website for an HR and staffing agency that needed to earn trust from two very different audiences at once — employers looking to hire and professionals looking for their next role.
The brief.
Premier Staff Group connects employers with talent across multiple sectors. They had a network, a track record, and a growing list of clients — but their digital presence was a generic WordPress site that looked like every other HR firm on the internet. In a business built on trust, that was a problem.
The brief was to build something that reflected the firm's actual positioning: experienced, professional, results-focused. The site needed to work for two distinct audiences simultaneously — companies looking for a reliable staffing partner, and job seekers looking for a recruiter who would treat their career seriously.
"We've built our reputation hire by hire over years. The website should communicate that — not look like a template someone assembled in an afternoon."
— Premier Staff Group, project kickoffThe dual-audience challenge
- Employers need to see credibility — case studies, sectors covered, a clear service offer, and a fast path to a conversation
- Job seekers need to see care — a job board, an honest picture of the placement process, and confidence that their information is handled professionally
- Both audiences land on the same homepage — the architecture had to guide each without confusing either
Our approach.
We designed the site around a clean information hierarchy: the homepage establishes the positioning and splits into two clear paths — "We're hiring" for employers and "Find a role" for candidates. Each path has its own content flow, its own CTA logic, and its own lead capture mechanism.
Visually, we avoided the typical HR-industry palette of stock-photo handshakes and generic gradients. The design uses real photography, a restrained gold-and-dark colour system, and editorial-weight typography that communicates authority without stiffness.

Trust signals, not claims
We pushed back on the instinct to lead with superlatives ("best staffing agency", "top talent"). Instead, the site leads with specifics — sectors covered, typical placement timelines, the process step by step. Trust built from clarity converts better than trust claimed from headline copy.
What we built.
Dual-audience navigation
Homepage splits cleanly into employer and candidate paths. Each audience gets its own content flow, CTAs, and lead capture without the other's noise.
Live job listings board
Filterable job listings updated by the team through the CMS. Candidates can search by sector and location, and apply directly from the listing page.
Service pages by sector
Dedicated pages for each staffing vertical — sector-specific messaging, typical roles placed, and employer-facing social proof.
Employer enquiry flow
A structured briefing form for employer leads — role type, headcount, timeline, sector — that pre-qualifies enquiries before the first call.
Process transparency
A detailed FAQ section covering the placement process for both audiences — reducing pre-sales friction and building confidence before contact.
Team-managed content
Job listings, team profiles, sector pages and testimonials all managed directly by the Premier Staff team — no developer dependency for day-to-day operations.
Results, six months in.
The site launched in early 2025. The primary metric was inbound employer enquiry quality — the existing pipeline was generating leads, but too many were unqualified. The structured briefing form changed that quickly.
The structured employer briefing form turned out to be the highest-value single feature. Leads arriving with context pre-filled convert to retained clients at a significantly higher rate — the first sales call starts from a shared understanding rather than from scratch.
