2. Data We Collect
Analytics (Vercel Analytics): We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-first web analytics tool that does not use cookies. It collects anonymous aggregate data including pages visited, country of origin, and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected. IP addresses are hashed before any storage.
Contact form: When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
3. Legal Basis
Analytics: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Contact form submissions: Pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Cookies & Local Storage
Vercel Analytics does not place cookies on your device. We store only your privacy preference in your browser's localStorage. We do not use third-party marketing, advertising, or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months. Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 12 months in accordance with Vercel's policy. You may request deletion at any time.

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. To exercise these rights contact us at contact@ascend.bg.
