SATT Platform —
track every pack.
A product website for SATT Platform — a track-and-trace cloud solution for pharmaceutical companies, built on Microsoft Azure. Complex compliance domain; clear, conversion-focused web presence.
The brief.
SATT Platform is a cloud-based pharmaceutical track-and-trace solution — the kind of software that pharmaceutical manufacturers need to comply with EU FMD, DSCSA, and national serialization mandates. The product is technically sophisticated; the challenge is communicating its value to decision-makers who may not be engineers.
The brief called for a product website that could convert informed pharmaceutical industry prospects — regulatory affairs managers, IT procurement leads, and operations directors — into demo requests. The site needed to explain the product clearly, establish credibility, and make the next step obvious.
Constraints
- Complex compliance domain — track-and-trace terminology is specific; the site must be accurate without overwhelming non-technical readers.
- Google Cloud-hosted — all infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud Platform; CMS and assets needed to fit the client's existing cloud setup.
- Lead-first — the primary conversion goal is a demo request, not a self-service trial; the journey had to be designed around qualification, not volume.
- Trust in a regulated industry — pharma buyers need compliance evidence before they'll engage; certifications and client references are load-bearing.
Our approach.
We structured the site as a classic SaaS product website — problem, solution, proof, action — but adapted for the longer, more considered pharma procurement cycle. Each section of the homepage is designed to answer a specific objection that arises at different stages of the evaluation.
The features section maps SATT's capabilities to specific regulatory requirements (EU FMD, DSCSA, national mandates) so a compliance officer can immediately see whether this product fits their mandate — without needing a sales call to find out.

What we built.
Compliance-mapped product pages
Features and capabilities mapped to specific regulatory frameworks so prospects can self-qualify before requesting a demo.
Credentials and proof points
Client references, compliance certifications, and Azure infrastructure trust signals presented as a coherent credibility narrative.
Demo request flow
A structured demo request that collects company size, region, and regulatory mandate upfront — so the sales team arrives at the call prepared.
Editable without a developer
The marketing team can update case studies, news, and regulatory content without touching code — important in a domain where compliance news moves fast.
Results.
The site launched in 2023 and became the primary channel for inbound enterprise enquiries. The compliance-mapped feature pages significantly reduced the length of early-stage sales conversations — prospects arrived already understanding the product fit.
The stack.
- WordPress with custom post types for case studies, regulatory updates, and product features
- Google Cloud Platform — hosted entirely within the client's existing Google Cloud infrastructure
- Custom theme — SaaS product design system built to convey technical credibility and regulatory authority
