Can our listings publish to imoti.net automatically?
Yes. We built our own imoti.net feed for houzez.bg: listings are added once on the site and sent to imoti.net every night. We can connect other portals that accept a feed or import file.
Can you move our existing listings to the new site?
Yes. We migrate your current properties, photos and agents, and keep the old listing addresses redirected so you don't lose search traffic.
Can visitors search properties with an AI assistant?
Yes. On houzez.bg the assistant Boro recommends properties from plain-language requests like a two-bedroom flat in Lozenets under a set budget, in Bulgarian or English, and answers common questions that used to go through the contact form.
